Richard is equipped with Formal Schooling in the area of Human Resources, a later education in Mechanical Design, and a further diploma in Quality Management underlining his worth as a great asset in several areas of the business. Currently tasked with the challenge of General Manager, showing long term commitment as a role-player and decision-maker since 2003. Responsible for Production and Operational Management – Transforming inputs to outputs, optimizing resources, and other organizational objectives such as effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability – producing a product to the client/customer with the best utility features. He’s attention-to-detail no-nonsense approach fits in ideally with the company’s slogan – “Expertise, Quality, Service”.

Michiel has moved and worked the full circle. He started his official working career in 2014 initially as a qualified Draughtsman, took the challenge and moved from Procurement to Quality Assurance and Control and has now found a new role as a Mechanical Draftsman. His accurate and precise attention to detail mindset allowed him to combine his own goals with that of the company.
His experience and exposure to most processes within the company, allowes him a good understanding of all the products the company offers from design, procurement, fabrication and now quality. This makes him a valuable asset in the quality department and making him the Quality Champion. Michiel is a hard worker that never shies away from a challenge. He ensures that the quality standard is implemented and maintained throughout the organization from job to job and project to project.
Tertia Rudolf
Procurement Head
Tertia joined the AS Automech team recently. Main areas of focus is procurement and inventory head. With her wide range of experience and knowledge in counter sales and procurement, she is an asset to the company. Characteristics that make her a valuable member of the team is her planning, problem solving, negotiations, and time management skills. She has an accurate and precise attention to detail. In her role she not only procures material and equipment per projects but also assists in co-managing the inventory process from tender to handover. She develops, maintains and promotes relationships with key suppliers within the industry.

Tyron recently joined AS AutoMech Solutions as an Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor since the start of 2020.
He has a sound 10 Years experience in Electrical and Instrumentation with valid qualifications in both inclusive of a Trade Seal – New challenges and opportunities lured him from his mining career to and opportunity at AS AutoMech Solutions Qualifications and Skillset includes – Electrician, Medium Voltage Electrician, Instrumentation Mechanician Rockwell System HMI & PLC Programming, Project Development, Ethernet/IP Design and Troubleshooting, Radiation protection Monitor (Electra 1A GM @ Radeye SX)
